Avet Pharmaceuticals Inc. announced the immediate availability of Nifedipine soft gel capsules in 10 and 20 mg strengths. This product is the AB rated generic equivalent to the calcium blocker drug Procardia® and adds to Avet’s robust portfolio of generic oral solid products. According to IMS data for the twelve-months ended May 2013, the U.S. market for Nifedipine approximated $15 million.
