Avet announces launch of Venlafaxine tablets in multiple strengths
Avet Pharmaceuticals Inc. announced the immediate availability of Venlafaxine tablets in 25, 37.5, 50, 75 and 100 mg strengths. This product is the AB rated generic equivalent to the antidepressant drug Effexor® and adds to Avet’s robust portfolio of generic oral solid products. According to IMS data for the twelve-months ended October 2012, the U.S. market for Venlafaxine approximated $75 million.
