Job Summary:

Avet Pharmaceuticals Labs Inc. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate whose primary duties will be to keep our warehouse clean and organized.  As well as assisting other departments by providing material in a timely manner.

Reporting Relationships                                           

  • This position has no direct reports.

Essential Functions:

  1. Withdraw Products from the in-process area as per paperwork/ procedure.
  2. Prepare shipments final shipment.
  3. Keep Warehouse clean and organized.
  4. Assist in other departments as required.
  5. Store the Finished products and/or Shipments in appropriate location.
  6. Operate material handling equipment for example Forklift.
  7. Understanding of procedures, regulations with SOP’s, CGMP and Safety Policies.
  8. Adhere to all safety and cGMP standards and guidelines, and report unsafe conditions, near misses, and/or injuries in a timely manner.
  9. All other job-related duties.

Specialized Skills and Knowledge:                                                                 

A high school diploma or GED equivalent with minimum 6 months experience in Shipping/Warehouse.

  1. Must complete departmental SOP, GMP and Qualifications.
  2. Ability to read and write English.
  3. Ability to walk, stand and lift 25 Kg (50 lbs.).
  4. Good dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
  5. Valid Forklift license.

Physical Demands/Factors:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand.  The employee is frequently required to walk; sit; use hands; talk; and hear.  The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
